ACQ4 can control various aspects of laser function, including the timing of the Q-switch to turn the laser beam on, and another pulse to control shutter open and closing. These parameters are controlled by TTL lines, as defined in the config.cfg file. The pulse generator function can be used to set the latency and duration of the TTL pulses, including generating repetitive pulses.
